I have lived my whole life with a dairy allergy. Every restaurant I go to I have to look at a 4 page paper menu and think, “what might not have dairy in it?” Then ask the server that then says, “ummm… I think you should be fine.”  At that point I have to trust them to ask a cook and essentially trust everyone with my life. While I have only had a couple incidents in my life that have caused an allergic reaction from negligence, it still causes anxiety everywhere I go.

Many restaurants are starting to offer allergen menus but they are not standardized and can, many times, be difficult to find online. Because of this, I tend to only go to a handful of restaurants that I trust.

This is exactly why I started allergenmenus.com to make it easier for me and everyone else with an allergy to find a place to eat that they trust.

With the restaurant eater in mind, allergenmenus.com offers standardized allergen menus from restaurants that want to provide safe options for its consumers.

Allergen menus give people more confidence when eating out.

If you have ever felt the same way when eating out and would like updates on restaurant allergen menus, please consider subscribing.
